MSM vs. Europa Racing - The Final Battle

Following are the details for the MSM vs. Europa Racing competition:

Date: Saturday, April 10, 2010
Time: 8:00 PM GMT (9:00 PM London, 4:00 P.M. US Eastern)

Scoring:
1st - 8 points
2nd - 7 points
3rd - 6 points

7th - 2 points
8th - 1 point

Grid:
Because we'll run three consecutive races, I don't know of a way to qualify on all three without jumping in and out of the lobby. As such, we'll just set the grid order as random. Please exercise caution when passing slower cars early in the race on cold tyres. I have a feeling we'll have a wide range of abilities on the track at the same time. Speaking of caution...

Caution laps up to lap 8. In the event of a serious accident, the race leader would form up a queue at about 60mph/97kph while the damaged drivers get to the pits, then they rejoin at the back. The race leader would then call "Green" as soon as he passes the start/finish line and the race is underway again.

I was just thinking, how great is it that we've got the Ford vs. Ferrari showdown I wanted to do in our team meet? Granted, I probably would have opted for a Ferrari, but this works out just as well. Cool.

Unfortunately, because I'm having an inconsistent connection with my internet, I'm going to ask RetPetty to fill in for me. Really sorry to miss out on this series, as I was looking forward to it. Well, we've been racing for about an hour and a half... No sight of you guys

Since I was alone online, i guess we'll need to post pone this.
