So now that I'm back I'd like to get around to hosting a series on here. I have a bunch of ideas for a series though I don't want to put forward a series and not have anyone interested so I'm going to list what I've come up with and tell me what you'd like to do. I'm also open to suggestions for something I don't list!
Ok so these are the ideas that I've had
GT3 series
Pretty self explanitory, a series involving the GT3 cars
Audi R8 LMS
BMW Z4 GT3
Mercedes-Benz SLS GT3
V8 touring cars
Based of the entry criteria for the Aus V8 supercars series, this series is for 4 door RWD V8s, anycar not RWD would need to be converted
2011 HSV GTS
2008 Chrysler 300C SRT-8
2009 Pontiac G8 GXP
2011 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT s
2012 Dodge Charger SRT-8
2010 Jaguar XFR
2009 HSV w427
2010 Mercedes Benz C63 AMG
2009 Lexus IS F
2010 Mercedes Benz E63 AMG
2009 Cadillac CTS-V
2012 BMW M5
2006 Audi RS 4
Classic Touring Cars
Basically a series involving classic touring cars from the late 80s/early90s,
Nissan Skyline GTR R32
Mercedes Benz 190E Evo
Ford Sierra Cosworth
BMW M3 (E30)
V8 Supercars
Pretty self explanitory
Ford Falcon
Holden Commodore
ALMS
Again pretty self explanitory
LMP and GT cars
Multi Class series
A series involving two different classes,
Currently I'm thinking of a full tuning class and a limited tuning classes
I'd also like to get opinions on the format of the races. I've noticed that for a lot of series here we just do the quali + one race or the one race with a random grid. Something I'd like to try with this series is a mix of differnt formats such as sprint and endurance rounds, sprint rounds being quali + race + reversed grid race and enduro rounds being quali + race (involving a pit stop.
Anyway let me know your opinions and ideas, and if you would be interesting in helping set up a series with testing and builds!
