Rivalry renewed!!

Hi Guys,

For those of us who can remember Forza 2. In U class there was a heated rivalry between the Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR and the Saleen S7. It was either one of these 2 cars on most tracks for the leaderboard times. I would like to fire up these beasts in a R3 series.

Its a spec series. I had some help from a few members here with getting the cars as evenly matched as possible, and it turned out quite well with less then a tenth separating these cars!!! Its sure to be an awesome series with close racing all around, so buckle up!!!

Race Oil & cooling
Race Brakes
Race springs & Dampers
Race Anti Roll bars Front and rear
Race Weight Reduction
Sport Transmission
Race differential
Hole Shot Sun Star
Forza Front and Rear


Mercedes CLK-GTR PI R3 762

Race Brakes

IF IT'S NOT LISTED YOU CAN'T DO IT!!

Races will be run on Saturdays at 3:00pm EST.

No buy-ins
Vinyl will be required to be on each side and rear bumper of your car and it can found on my storefront.
Your respective FLR car number will be required on each side of the car also.
You must be a registered driver at FLR with a FLR register number to compete in this series.

Prizes will be awarded as follows
1st 1,000,000
2nd 750,000
3rd 350,000

Points will be awarded according to finish and how many people are in the lobby.
Example if 16 people are racing then first will get 16 points, 2nd will get 15 points and so on.
1 point will be awarded for the fastest lap in each race.

I'm only just finishing work as these races start

If there's enough participants, would you consider two lobbies at different times? Andy and J's am series did this and I think it worked well. Just in case I forgot to thank you at the time, thanks for a great series guys

unfortunately, I run a strict policy at home: no video games while the kids are up.

I'll drive the Mercedes. I can't show up for all the races, but I can make roughly half.

Nice one. Not sure which car I'll go for yet as I used to like both in F2. I've barely driven either in F4, so I'll give em a drive tomorrow.
