Forum permissions are set backwards. If anyone with administrtive capabilities could change that, would be appreciated

I've seen this quite some times previously in the past. It's there for a few minutes and then it goes away.. kinda weird.

It goes away becase you move to a different forum. This forum has it set so that links are only viewable by administrators.

That is the settings that need changing. In the categories & forums tab, you click on a forum and go to it's permissions section. At the top is several drop down menus which control basic user permissions.

Honestly don't know why i'm posting this cause you'll just ignore it anyway, but if you wanted to fix something (which you certainly have access to) then that's how you would do it.
