Race 8, Sedona Raceway Park Speedway Reverse POSTPONED

Welcome to race 8! The season is quickly winding down and the racing is heating up. This weeks event will be held at Sedona Raceway Park Speedway Reverse. This will be a standard race, 50 laps, sim damage, one pit. This weeks event will be a restrictor plate race using the restricted build cars (PI R3 800). Qualifying will begin at 9:00 pm est.

Race notes:

I'm sure you all remember the slick conditions and tricky apexes of Sedona Speedway. The reverse configuration is just as tricky as the turns must now be approached the opposite way. One fact remains constant however, get off your line and you will certainly be up into the wall. Competitive lap times should still fall in the 27-29 sec range.

Yeah, Sedona reverse is brutal. I admit it's my least favorite. Nothing about the track "feels" right.
Unca, sucks you couldn't connect. We've all been there and know how much that blows.

Sorry I was unable to attend last night. I had to watch over my uncle for the weekend and had no internet connection throughout the weekend at his apartment. He had a sharp pain in his wrist and we were an hour away from him during the time he called. We had paramedics there to bring him to the hospital. Turned out to be an artharitas (however you spell it) or Tendonitis.

If only Jeremy knew how to answer his phone, it would have been great to have someone let everyone know why I didn't show up last night.

However, I have returned home. So I am free

Yea, my internet connection kept dropping. They're supposed to come and fix it today. This is the second time this has happened recently. I think I'll be shopping for a new ISP.

Unca, I looked at your connection speeds posted over at VM and they are quite low. I would strongly suggest looking into increasing them. A minimum 5mb download speed is pretty much the standard for gaming. You can get away with lower, but it will undoubtedly give you trouble at some point.
