Thursday Night Thunder.

I've got a thread going at the HLR site trying to get some current & former team mates and friends on other teams to race Thursday nights. With summer in full swing I hope to get close to at least a full lobby for this.

If you want to join up with us for an hour or two, post up in here. If we get enough people we'll run two lobbys.

Nothing official, just a bunch of guys getting together to race, talk a bunch of crap, laugh and have fun. They will be short races, shooting for around 8-12 minute races so 2-10 laps depending on track size .

We'll get started between 6-6:30pm Pacific time and go for an hour or two.

Collisions on, limited damage.

RWD will be mostly what I plan on running. C-R3 classes. I figure we'll let the winner pick the track and last place pick the class. Unless it get's stale, then I'll mix it up or we'll run bone stock, untuned cars.

I have vaca in a couple of weeks, will try to be there.

That was a blast, thanks to all that showed up. Got a bit of a late start, about a half hour. We'll get started on time next week. Took me a bit to get familiar with setting up lobby's in addition to the late start.

We had 7 people for most of the races and nobody dominated. All the races were damned close and from first to last was pretty tight too. I wish I would have saved the replays. A lot of fender length drag race to the line on the last lap.

Going to be every Thursday night.

If anybody saved the laguna seca race i'd love a copy. busa and i had a race to the finish. must have been half a fenders distance between us at the line. That was a blast.

Can I show up next Thursday? Was planning to drop in but lost track of time.

yep, anybody is welcome to join in. Word of advice, get a stable of RWD cars in C-R3 classes.

on another note, turtle whipped my caboose at LaSarthe last night in the nascars. Look out, he's got his car dialed in.

I had fun last night and apologize to everyone I wrecked. I just couldn't get in the zone and was driving very aggressive which ended badly.

Last night was a blast. Wish I could do this every week. Thanks Rokko, and everyone else who was there!

That was a blast Mako. This will be really awesome once we get 16 player lobbies in F4.
