R3 NASCAR GMC Syclone series

Hey guys, I've been wanting to do this for awhile. So its time to get it done.
This event will be included in the Drivers championship Series.
These races will feature 50 miles at each track.

You must run the decal posted in my storefront on the left and right sides of the car also on the tailgate.


Qualifying will run as follows:
Qualifying will start at 9:00PM EST SHARP!!!
I will have a lobby up and running, you will receive an invite from me. We will get 2 laps in which to set our times. The lobby will be set to 4 laps. The first lap is your Roll up lap to get your tires warmed up. Lap 2 willl start the qualifying process, with your best lap on laps 2-3 counting as your position after your 3rd lap you will need to slow down so I can record the times. If you do not record a certified lap you will start in the back of the field.

Damage will be run on Limited setting.

Pit stops:
There will be competition yellow flag in each race. Halfway thru the race the yellow flag will be thrown for mandatory pit stops. The field must then pit together and bunch back up for a restart. With the leader of the race waving the green flag when all is set.



This event will be run in the GMC Syclone Truck only.

YF= Yellow Flag
PS= Pit stop
March 2nd 2012- Iberian Full- 33 laps/ Yellow flag start of lap 16/Pit stops at the end of lap 16
March 9th 2012- Hockenheim Natl- 22 laps/YF start of lap 11/PS at the end of lap 11
March 16th 2012- Camino Viejo Full - 28 laps/ YF start of lap 14/ PS end of lap 14
March 23rd 2012- Catalunya Natl- 27 laps/ YF start of lap 14/ PS end of 14
March 30th 2012- Indy OVAL- 20 laps/ YF start of lap 1o/ PS end of lap 10

If needed I will set up a Euro lobby for this event. Pm me if needed.

Points will be scored by Participants:
1 bonus point awarded for pole position in each race.
1 bonus point awarded for leader at Yellow Flag.

Prizes:
1st- 1,000,000
2nd- 750,000
3rd- 250,000
all participants that compete in all the races will receive 100,000 at the completion of the series.

Jason, just a heads up, the sunrise/sunset tracks are not available in multi-player. You can only run them in Hotlap or test drive.

This is looking like it may shape up to be a nice event... This truck in a bit tricky to tune though, this is definitely going to take a bit of finesse to drive...

bah, tune it like a F2 all wheel drive car and haul cornbeef.

Actually I found for Iberian that if I run it a bit more to the rear I can drift it through the S's better and faster than trying to drive it through...

Rokko & blooz you need to get the vinyl off my storefront and place it in the proper locations on the truck.

Would anyone have a problem with pushing the time of these races back until 10:30pm?

I don't have prob with that. Might I ask why you want to push it back, is it an EZT race or VM NASCAR because if I am looking at it right NASCAR will be Thurs at 9pm.

Qualifying actually starts at 8 pm for VM NASCAR. NASCAR at VM would be the reason

Thinking of joining the VM Nascar, if anyone in it you wana send me a PM? Haven't done a race with them before, trying to make sure sign up is all in line

Not a problem for me J. Not sure if I'm racing this week though, the fishing show is in town Fri night and me and my buddy usually go and check out the new gear. Still looking for a new reel for my heavy rod, and that's the best place to get one.

Man this next race alto be uglyyyyyy. Here's hoping for clean air.
