Anarchy Touring Car Series (ATCS)

ATCS will be a 6 race touring car series featuring B class versions of the Dodge SRT4, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo ’10, Mercedes C32, Vauxhall Insignia VXR, and Subaru WRX ’04. All cars are upgraded to spec (Much like the FIA GT1 series) and will have some tuning restrictions to ensure that there will be tight racing throughout the whole race. All cars will be available to all participants but upgrades may change per participant to ensure a level playing field.

Available cars to drive:
Dodge SRT4
Dodge SRT4
Mitsubishi Lancer Evo ‘10
Mitsubishi Lancer Evo ‘10
Mercedes C32
Mercedes C32
Vauxhall Insignia VXR
Vauxhall Insignia VXR Angel0fAnarchy7
Subaru WRX ‘04
Subaru WRX ‘04

Technical Rules:
1. Differentials
• AWD cars must have 100% of torque transferred to the rear wheels.
Front Differential values must be set to 0%
Rear Differential values must be set within a range of 28%-35%
• RWD cars must have differential values set within a range of 28%-35%
• FWD cars must have differential values NOT exceeding 4%
2. Aero is non-adjustable. Slider should be set to 50% of maximum value. Exception: Vauxhall has aero sliders at 0%.
3. Suspension on at least 1 wheel must travel to exactly 0.01 inches when the car is stationary with 2 wheels on a rumble strip. No wheel may exceed 0.01 inches.
4. Toe is adjustable from negative .1 to positive .1 degrees
5. Camber is adjustable to static 0.4-0.9
6. All cars must have a 0-60 time of approximately 5 seconds (4.950-5.150) and may not let the car exceed 185 mph on the benchmark. The minimum speed on benchmark is 170 mph
7. To provide a tuning challenge the cold tire pressures 27.5psi, 28psi, 28.5psi, 29psi, and 29.5 psi are banned. You will either need to run a softer tire or harder tire.
8. Rebound, Anti-Roll bars, and caster are all non-regulated
This may sound like a lot however with the exception of #6 and #7 these are all normal tuning values.

Schedule:

Practice 1 will take place on the Monday preceding the race. Expect upgrade adjustments during this time. (60 minutes)

Practice 2 will take place the Thursday preceding the race. (45 minutes)

Qualifying will take place 40 minutes before the race on Saturday evening.
- Qualifying is 30 minutes with a minimum of 3 laps run
- Best lap is used to determine starting position
- Damage will be on, but cars will be non-collision
- There is a 8 second roll off delay
- Tuning adjustments may not be made after Qualifying
- There is no second lobby, you must qualify in the top 8
The race will start at 7-8pm (which ever time is more convenient) central time
- Race will be 1 hour 15 minute roughly in length.
- There will be a 60mph pace lap

Rules:
1. One pit is mandatory, there is however no pit window. Pits may not be made before lap 5 unless mechanical problems are involved.
2. Cautions will be called only if two or more cars collide. Cautions will also be called if a wreck endangers oncoming lead cars.
3. Unsporting conduct (THIS INCLUDES VERBAL OVER XBL), or unnecessarily aggressive driving will result in a 5 second penalty, 15 second penalty, Drive through penalty, or even a DNF. Severity of punishment is at the digression of me. If calling a penalty during a race, you must have witness. Otherwise I cannot give a Drive-through.
4. Technical infractions will result in a 1 second penalty per each lap in the race.
5. Races will be Concluded prematurely if 3 or more racers disconnect during the race.
6. Have fun

Race 1: Sebring Full TBA
Race 2: Silverstone GP TBA
Race 3: Nurburgring GP TBA

Cars are first come first serve. Tell me what you want so I can get you a tune. Also, paint is up to you, no repeat main sponsors.

I like that you are including AWD and FWD something we've been needing in the team. Are there going to be multiple races per week?Mon, thrus, sat?

We can run as many practices as we deem necessary to balance the cars per track. If for some reason one car is dominating (which shouldnt happen) then we might even do a practice before qualifying.
