Forza Ultimate Edition, anyone get it?

unless my game screws up i have no desire to rebuy a gasme with all the DLC i already have, plus knowing Turn 10 the Stig pack will be up to buy, if not i think i can live without those few cars

I told him not to worry about it, I'll get it with my bday money if I can't win/steal one in time.

I have, my old forza disc gave up the ghost. My new disc arrived yesterday. Everything seems okay apart from the Lexus LFA glitch where there's a gaping hole on the right side of the car that appears to lead to another dimension :/

I have it and my only complaint is the game is a lot slower loading everything,ie. game, tunes, tracks and multiplayer.

pff i aint paying $29.99 to get the car packs early, my disc i had since day 1 is still running like a champ!

Yep, and I got it for free! Here is how I did it (and no its not illegal lol).

1. I had a $20 credit from buying NFS Hot Pursuit on Amazon.com
2. My Forza 3 was worth $11 on Amazon trade-in, and therefore took a chance on trading it in.
3. About a week later, my $11 hit and bought the Ultimate for literally free.

Everything transferred over fine, and I was fully functional in no time.

Im thinking of getting it for my birthday as my old disks on its last legs and also becuase I want that D type

As I won a code for the Stig pack on FM.net, I will not be getting it for 7 cars I don't really want anyway.

just ordered the ultimate edition as my birthdays is this weekend thing is ive already won a stig garage code way back so I will end up with a spare so I may hold a contest (though Im not sure what to do for one)

So if i were to get the Ultimate Edition, is it possible transfer my current car collection, tunes, paints, save data, ect.. from my old copy to the new one?

If so, how would it be done? On a memory card/USB memory stick?

It overwrites your old save but doesn't get rid of anything.One thing I've noticed since installing is load times for tunes and designs is longer until you get to your originals.Don't know why and haven't figured any fix for it but if you don't have all DLC's it definitely the best way to go.

ya nothing changes, if you install disc one to your hard drive your load times for everything are greatly reduced as it only uses the disc to start up then the disk just sits, it all plays off the hard drive. i install all games i play often.

yep it doesnt really make a difference few new cars a video and a theme
