F Class Fun! [UPDATED 8/3]

This is something I've actually wanted to do for a while, but lack of time/laziness prevented me from doing it. I thought I'd get off my cornbeef and post it already.

I don't know about you guys, but some of the most fun races happen in F class. Because the cars are slow and the LB cars can be caught by almost every other car, each race finishes within 5 seconds provided there are no wrecks. I know MSM ran an F Class race in April and it was a great success, and I'd love to see an FLR-wide F class series happen.

This is just an idea so far.

Basically, I was thinking:

- No Golfs/Rabbits/Corrados/Boras (they're way too OP)
- No downgrading E class cars (same reason)
- No SF tunes (as usual)
- No AWD swaps. RWD Swaps are permitted.
- Extra points for showing up in an X5 (Billly... lol)
- No assists (except the braking line if you need), if you need TCS for an F class car then...
- Races would be very short, only like 6-10 laps or so.
- MSM Rules Of The Road (which is more like FLR rules of the road tbh) would apply.

Post any other ideas to make this better, what days would work, etc. Personally I was thinking Thursday at 6ish PM GMT -5. This probably wouldn't happen until well into August though, too many things going on right now lol.

If there are enough takers, lobbies will be split by timezone. +2 to -2 would be in one and -4 to -9 in another for example.

UPDATE: Looking at the dates so far, it looks like everyone is good for Thursday. Also, I have updated the track list so it is doable for one day. I was either thinking Thursday, August 12th or Thursday, August 19th. Looking at the times, however, there is no way to fit everyone's wanted times, as 6pm GMT -7 will turn into 3am Friday morning GMT +2. Yikes! Looks like I will have to run separate lobbies.

Nah they seem fine. But I do enjoy long races. I will definately be last at laguna seca, no matter how awesome my car is!

Don't bet on it haha. I'm terrible at the corkscrew, and the turn before it - always take it way too slowly.

RWD Swap is permitted as it doesn't give you a huge advantage like AWD does. Sorry, I should have cleared that up beforehand.

It's something of an uncertainty for me at the minute. I've just got myself a job (yay) and it's shift work, so until I know my shifts, I'm not sure of the times I'll be available. If I can squeeze it in I will happily take part in the tournament while I'm at home!

Bumpity bump.

Will have to postpone (ugh... I hate that word) this race until August 26th. Things have come up that prevent me being on my xbox on the 19th, and nobody has confirmed for tomorrow.
